The Name Exchange mailing list is a clearing-house facility to enable company managers worldwide to exchange information, without prejudice, on potential clients, to determine the client's suitability.

Subscription to, and participation in, this facility is voluntary, and unconditionally imputes and implies acceptance of the following rules of conduct:

No user is entitled to exclusively rely on the information received as a result of membership of this list. No consequence for breach of these provisions will be contemplated by any party.

• It is understood that requests for subscription can be turned down or privileges of subscription membership can be revoked without giving rise to any legal action or consequence.
• Any litigation arising from the interpretation of any of these provisions shall be subject to the laws and courts of Anguilla B.W.I. and nowhere else.

The list is an open discussion list meaning all messages get distributed to the entire list. To post a message to the list, subscribers can send email to: namexchange@topica.com or they can also post messages to the list using the Topica web site.
